Return and Refund Policy
Standard Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log in to your account at https://checkout.1time2.com and submit a request through your order history. Please note that return addresses vary by country — you'll receive the correct address by email once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@1time2.com so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@1time2.com.
No Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original order and place a new purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, submit your request through your customer account at https://checkout.1time2.com. You can also cancel an unfulfilled order through the same link before it ships.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the item price plus the original standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
